The Association for Talent Development's State of the Industry report is a look back at last year's talent development spending and activities, but what lies ahead? To answer this question, ATD's research team polled 189 talent development executives from a wide variety of industries about their outlook for talent development funding and technologies as part of the third-quarter 2018 Talent Development Executive Confidence Index (TDXCI).
