A training participant referring to a course as boring, ineffective, or something that could have been an email wouldn't please any facilitator. Talent development professionals delivering face-to-face or virtual training while sitting in a chair and talking the whole time does not create high energy. It's not the way to interact with an audience. Professional speakers don't sit on stage and talk—they're up and energized, ready to inspire participation.
