You know how to appreciate well-designed training, but how can you get senior leaders to share that appreciation?

One constant complaint I hear from talent development professionals is that senior leaders don't value instructional design. In fact, this was cited as practitioners' top frustration in a 2015 research report, Instructional Design Now: A New Age of Learning and Beyond, from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
