Hiring managers say job seekers' parents shouldn't get over-involved in the process.


It's important that parents are present for their children's seminal moments—the first steps, the beginning of school, college graduation. But being present during the job-search process? That's where some senior managers draw the line.

A survey done by staffing firm OfficeTeam found that just 29 percent of senior managers believe that it is fine for job seekers to enlist their parents
