Storytelling can be an effective way to train employees if used correctly. There is a fine line between an informative story and a boring one. Mountain America Credit Union, based in West Jordan, Utah, balances this line expertly with its Learning Through Storytelling training program. The program uses storytelling videos and in-class skits to train new employees on complex banking concepts in a surprisingly entertaining manner.
