Author Tom Fox regularly interviews industry experts about compliance for this podcast. In September, he launched the five-part series "Integrity Matters: Culture, Training and Compliance." The series features Koby Bambilia, managing director, and Tina Rampino, associate managing editor, from K2 Integrity, a risk, compliance, investigations, and monitoring firm. At around 15 minutes in length each, the episodes—"Culture of Compliance," "Espresso Shots of Training," "Skills Development and Meeting Regulatory Needs," "Tailored and Risked Based Training," and "Operational Aspects of Training"—aim to break down corporate culture, compliance training, and communications.
In the series finale, Rampino highlights the importance of compliance training: "Investing in training and professional development for employees can save money in the long run, both operationally and when it comes to regulatory requirements. An institution's greatest asset is their employees and especially when you're entrusting them to protect your institution from risk," she says. The series is available on major podcast platforms and YouTube.
