Influence Without Authority by Allen R. Cohen and David L. Bradford

This is one of my all-time favorite books for people in any setting; it's truly focused on building deep professional relationships in any setting. I read it the first time I worked at a major national nonprofit, but I've honestly taken more from it in my work than ever before now that my influence has grown but become increasingly virtual. —Benjamin Bisbee
