The most compelling content can fall flat if presented without relevant multimedia.

I recently reviewed a series of modules my company was thinking about purchasing for staff development. The content of the modules was about working with multigenerational teams. While the content itself was probably fine for the audience, I didn't want to move forward with purchasing it. Why? Because of the multimedia the modules used. The voice-over had an accent that wouldn't go over with my audience.
