Managers 78% said better balance and boundaries are hugely important in 2024. About half said they truly care about the development of their direct reports. Almost 2/3 said they do a good to very good job addressing mental health challenges. Employees 82% said better balance and boundaries are hugely important in 2024. About 1/3 believe managers care. More than 1/3 believe management does a poor to very poor job addressing mental health challenges. 6 out of 10 managers and employees said that staff are overworked and far too stressed in the workplace.
