Many companies view negative employee feedback as useful.

In the past, many companies have tried to minimize or squash instances of negative feedback from their employees, often to the company's detriment. But new research from Waggl, whose platform is designed for companies to solicit and distill employee feedback, has found that a huge majority of companies are coming around on negative feedback—in fact, they now see it as a positive.
