Whether you work specifically in ethics and compliance or as part of the larger talent development space, this podcast offers valuable perspectives from global business leaders and changemakers. Education and advising company LRN—which is focused on ethics and compliance, corporate culture, and development—created the Principled podcast to convey strategies and stories related to workplace transformation. Episodes navigate such topics as being a woman business leader; diversity, equity, and inclusion; trust; values; empathy; and the latest in ethics and regulatory compliance.

From each episode, you can extract actionable advice, much of which is applicable to talent development initiatives. For instance, in "How to Ensure Your DEI Efforts Are Meaningful," occupational psychologist Laura Heron offers insights into how to build a culture of fairness and acceptance in a hybrid workforce. Nadine Jones, vice president of a global logistics company, discusses in the episode "Breaking Barriers: Navigating E&C as a Woman of Color" how she shapes her company's DEI program. And in "Rules Are Good. Values Are Better," two LRN senior ethics and compliance advisors chat about "how values have the power to guide behavior, shape culture, and strengthen business."
