Managers can help new employees learn processes and systems that will bring them up to speed quickly and successfully.

We know that if we care for employees, they will care for our customers and costs. Right? So why do we still allow things to fall through the cracks?


Instead of leaving new employees to learn their job through trial and error, managers need to help their direct reports learn their new jobs. One strategy is using the 7 Step approach.
