QS/1 has a long-standing commitment to providing cost-free, job-relevant training to employees. Continuing education units are awarded for attending conferences, trade shows, or company-sponsored educational programs. Historically, QS/1 equipped employees with the latest information by specifying the amount of training needed based on a tenured system:
- 0-5 years tenure: 40 hours minimum of annual training hours
