Random Acts of Leadership

Friday, March 8, 2013

The 2012 50 Top Leader Blogs listing by John Warner at Leadership and Management includes Susan Mazza's online space, Random Acts of Leadership. Mazza is a consultant and coach who transforms leading edge leadership theory into practical applications that inspire people to step beyond their comfort zones and realize their full potential.

Random Acts of Leadership emerged in tribute to Mazza's father, who passed away in 2006. He left a newspaper clipping behind that read: "If by chance you wish to remember me, do it with a kind deed or word to someone who needs you." Mazza explains that the purpose of her blog is "to support people in exploring and inventing what leadership looks like in the everyday actions and conversations of work and life so they can make the biggest possible difference in what matters most to them."

It is with this vision that Mazza urges blog visitors to become part of her community of everyday people committed to being leaders and inspiring and developing leadership in others. Join the conversation online at www.randomactsofleadership.com. Read and comment on posts, commit acts of leadership, catch someone "in the act" and share it with the community, and describe what you are learning about making leadership simple and accessible to everyone.
