Restoring Broken Teams

Nina is the leader and newest member of a troubled business development team at a Washington, DC-based government contractor. She has noticed silos forming across her team and suspects that at least two of her team members are planning to leave. She doubts that her team will be able to deliver the next major proposal on time. Somewhat panicked, she calls Manoj to ask for his help.
