You may think Millennials are happy to job-hop—and there's some truth there—but you definitely shouldn't think of the generation as lazy. "American Millennials are preparing to run career ultramarathons," a recent ManpowerGroup report states. It found that 66 percent of Millennials expected to work past the age of 65, and 32 percent planned to work past 70.
