Half of US workers want more recognition at work.

Employees want recognition that is:
• More frequent
• More proactive
• Shared more broadly across the organization
• Unbiased

Only 1/4 of employers ask employees how they would like to be recognized.

When their work is recognized, employees say they are more likely to:
• Go above and beyond their responsibilities and for their customers
• Stay with the company
• Be more motivated to support their team

1 in 5 employees say they’re never recognized for their work.
