Talent development is a vital element for any organization that expects to survive and then thrive. And while talent development is necessary, it is not sufficient because talent alone will not make an organization successful. To add measurable value to all internal and external stakeholders, we must determine what talent should deliver and why it should deliver it, in terms of the organization's vision and goals.
