The Need to Upskill

Even though development opportunities for frontline workers appear to be available at nearly every applicable organization, there are some surprising issues when it comes to determining their effectiveness. According to a new survey by the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), 73 percent of organizations don't know how many of their frontline workers take advantage of development opportunities—if they track the data at all.
