Employees are dressing down—but should they?

More workplaces than ever are dressing down as the percentage of employees who opt to dress more casually has gone up in the past five years.
According to research by staffing firm OfficeTeam, 50 percent of senior managers believe that their employees dress less formally than they did five years ago.
