This podcast, hosted by Fast Company Deputy Editor Kathleen Davis, was originally called Secrets of the Most Productive People. Under that title, Davis invited various experts to discuss a wide gamut of topics relevant to working professionals, such as ways to get more sleep and how to focus when everything feels like too much.
However, following the show’s fifth season, Davis announced the podcast’s new focus: building more inclusive workplaces. With that came a name change. In the revamped podcast’s first episode, "Debunking the Pipeline Problem," Davis speaks with Jopwell CEO Porter Bras-well. Together, they discuss steps companies can take to increase equity in their recruitment efforts.
