A large portion of the workforce struggles with student loans. According to Debt.org, the total student debt in the United States is $1.2 trillion. The Wall Street Journal recently reported that the class of 2015 is the most indebted ever, with the average graduate having to pay a little over $35,000 back to their alma maters.
