An aging world population; economic activity shifting to emerging markets; the pervasive impact and ubiquity of technology; and the global flow of capital, people, and information are changing business, and thus talent development, at lightning speed. Pat Galagan had to whittle the trends affecting our industry down to six that are generating the most press and creating the greatest challenges.
