As a feminist and a professional who helps women advance in their careers, I was deeply dismayed by the findings of the Women in the Workplace 2018 study from McKinsey, in partnership with LeanIn.org. The study’s broad conclusion: “The progress of women at every level in corporate America has hardly changed. Progress isn’t just slow. It’s stalled.” How discouraging for women trying to get ahead and for those who support and cheer them on.
