When a workforce lags behind in future skills, upskilling and reskilling are a natural response. SEAC (Southeast Asia Center), a lifelong learning center in Thailand, sought to upskill and reskill the country's workforce but knew that traditional learning alone wouldn't be sufficient. Thus, it decided to go beyond classroom and online learning to create learning experiences to meet workers' new needs.
