A recent Monster.com survey asked respondents to rank the importance of employer-provided values. Use of skills and abilities; enjoyment of work; and respect and appreciation came out as the top three values (tied at 97 percent). At the bottom of the list were flexible work schedule (69 percent), bonuses (64 percent), and work-from-home options (40 percent). Other highlights:
