Workers Want More Info on Career Growth

Monday, May 1, 2023

their job. 2. Women are 33% more likely than men to say they would like to explore projects that help them learn new or different skills. 3. Employees are 80% more likely to prefer technology (e.g., learning management system or internal job board) over a manager conversation as their first option for exploring internal career opportunities. 4. Nearly half of employees say they would be more satisfied in their work if they had more opportunities to explore careers internally.
