You’ve Got a Degree, But Are You Prepared?

Eighty-seven percent of recent college grads felt prepared for their job shortly after graduating, while only half of managers believe that recent college grad employees are ready. Managers were asked about the skills they felt were lacking in new hires immediately out of college.
