After the Shutdown
The shutdown is over. Now what? Agency budget and finance personnel had many tasks to complete once agencies reopened. Although there may still be some who lived through the shutdowns of 1995 and 1996, those occurred well after the fiscal year began. This shutdown differed because it happened at the beginning of the government’s fiscal year.
