For the fifth consecutive year, Federal News Radio released its survey of federal Chief Human Capital Officers and deputy CHCOs. This iteration of the survey found that continued improvement of the agency's hiring process was the top priority for a plurality of respondents. Improving employee engagement came in second, followed by training and development of the workforce. In 2014, CHCOs and deputy CHCOs said that improving morale and succession planning were top priorities.
Each year, CHCOs
