Results for America, a group dedicated to determining how to shift government resources to improve the lives of young people as well as their families and communities, recently released its 2016 Federal Invest in What Works Index. In it, seven agencies were evaluated on 10 criteria that speak to how much they are "building the infrastructure necessary to be able to use data, evidence, and evaluation in budget, policy, and management decisions," according to the Results for America webs
