Training for the Human Capital Assessment and Accountability Framework

The Human Capital Assessment and Accountability Framework (HCAAF) is a way for agencies to provide consistent and comprehensive human capital management across government. In March, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management will begin the first of four evaluator training courses in fiscal year 2016. The three-day tra
