The State of 18F

In 2014, the General Services Administration established 18F, an office to help improve IT throughout the federal government by working on projects with agencies that need upgrades. A new Government Accountability Organization study of the office's effectiveness found that, by and large, agencies that partnered with 18F were happy with their experiences.
