Why Millennials Work for Government

Millennials have surpassed Baby Boomers as the nation's largest living generation. In fact, Pew Research reports that Millennials (born 1981 to 1997) number 75.4 million, surpassing the 74.9 million Baby Boomers (born 1946 to 1964), according to population estimates released by the U.S. Census Bureau.
