Federal News Radio survey, federal employees expressed a lack of confidence that their agencies appreciated the depth of cybersecurity problems: 45 percent disagreed with the statement that their agency understood the risk, while 27 percent agreed. Federal employees also don't think their personally identifiable information is safer in 2016 than it was in 2015 at the time of the Office of Personnel Management's cyber breach.
