Collaboration in government takes many forms, and none of them are without challenges. But surmounting those challenges is worthwhile because when people work together, whether by reaching out to others within their own agency or looking for support from outside, they're able to find new and more effective ways of accomplishing goals. Such efforts might involve bringing
