With leadership development being my professional jam, I was grateful and honored to recently interview one of the gurus of the leadership development field, Jim Kouzes. On episode 188 of my leadership podcast, The TalentGrow Show, Jim and I discussed the five core practices of excellent leadership, based on his mega-bestselling book The Leadership Challenge (co-authored with Barry Posner). We also talked about the intersection of the leadership practices with global and demographic diversity, and how the context of the ever-changing COVID-19 world affects leadership.
