Once, I was tasked with managing a curriculum improvement program. This program required me to audit all existing courseware to determine the need for updates or revisions. While doing so, I noticed that sometimes objectives were not aligned with the content (a relatively easy fix), but the more concerning issue was the fact that we had a large number of courses with ineffective learning objectives.
