We are thought leaders of two learning organizations, and this article is personal. We began our careers in the world of learning “feasts” —five-day, instructor-led workshops replete with skill practice, lecturettes, breakouts, small and large group discussion, followed by rigorous evaluation. And we’ve been dragged into the short and sweet learning world—whether you call it micro, mini, or molecular, it’s here to stay.
