Five Ways to Help Participants Learn Technology

There are at least five ways to help participants learn technology in preparation for a virtual training session. Some of these methods have the added benefit of allowing you to educate participants on other topics as well, such as an overview of the technology and reminders to create an appropriate learning environment.
