The past few months have felt surreal. I returned from a cruise on March 15 and entered an immediate 14-day self-quarantine. Spring is usually my heaviest work travel period, and at first being off the road was a welcomed break. A week later, our state ordered us to shelter-in-place. I missed a haircut. I missed Easter and Mother’s Day visits with my family. A busy work schedule came to a slow crawl. All of my personal community meetings and activities were canceled or moved online.
