How I Apply T&D Skills and Concepts to Teaching Photography

Believe it or not, my photography business overlaps quite a bit with my HR career. I would like to share what T&D skills and principles I have applied that have helped me achieve successful evaluations throughout the years.

My former career was in human resources, with a specialty in training and development (T&D). I have more than 15 years in the field of training and development, and have held positions ranging from Training Specialist to AVP/Human Resources. I worked for the City of Fort Worth and Dallas Area Rapid Transit, among other employers.
