New reports of sexual harassment at work appear daily. According to a 2016 report from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as many as 85 percent of women have experienced some form of sexual harassment at work. The EEOC task force also reported that “the majority of the trainings are ineffective \[which\] can be unhelpful or even counterproductive.”
