As consultants and professors, we found ourselves trying to put some structure around coaching, leadership, and the basic tenets of organization development. The purpose of this article is to give an overview of the underlying principles and model we developed. In future articles that you will find linked to the OD/Leadership Website, we will discuss each level of the model and offer ideas that you can immediately practice.
