Earlier this year, I took an online course on Coursera called Indigenous Canada. Instructors Tracy Bear and Paul Gareau from the University of Alberta led students through 12 lessons on Indigenous histories as well as contemporary issues in Canada.
Through this course and other reading, I thought about what lessons we can take from the Indigenous world in relation to talent development. I don’t claim to be an expert in this field, and I only seek to provide some food for thought.
