Managing Knowledge Within the Federal Government

Knowledge management is an often misunderstood topic in the federal government. It is usually associated with the IT field, which is why it’s not widely talked about. Really, though, it’s simply a practical approach to how you capture institutional knowledge and learn from it to improve individual and organizational performance.
