Positioning Employees as TD’s Strategic Partners

Whether we admit it or not, we all hold assumptions about who employees are, what they value, and their level of capability and preparedness. These assumptions drive how we build development initiatives, allocate resources, and measure progress. When we don’t take time to define the role of individual employees in a talent development strategy, we allow that strategy to be interpreted through the assumptions of whoever executes it.
