As the federal government faces the succession planning challenges of an aging workforce, recruitment and retention of its next generation is critical. In 2015, the Pew Research Center reported that Millennials are the largest generation in today’s U.S. labor force, yet the Partnership for Public Service shows that they represent a disproportionately small segment of federal workers.
