The January issue of OD/Leadership News featured an article entitled "Leading from the Inside Out: A Coaching Model," which was the first in a series of articles about a holistic model built around coaching, leadership, and the basic tenets of organizational development. The model was developed by Cynthia Roman, Virginia Bianco-Mathis, and Lisa Nabors.
