Transformation A Requirement for Today

We have worked in a number of different client systems and contexts over the past month, from California to London, from traditional “main line” organizations to socially responsible businesses to educational institutions and local governmental agencies.  While the settings changed, one thing remains constant: the reality that each of these organizations needs to transform, and to do it quickly.
